Shipping & Delivery
Python Grip Store intention is to get all products shipped within 2 working days prior to your order, for custom products 21 working days. Goods will be dispatched by Registered Air Mail.
Privacy & Security
Python Grip Store values its clients and fully respects their privacy. We will not pass on your information to anyone if you register with us, not ever. We emphasize that your personal data will be used for nothing other than order verification and processing and never passed onto any third parties, ever.  We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Returns & Replacements
Our general policy on returns; If for any reason you wish to return a product to us, we will be more than happy to give you your money back as long as the item is in a saleable condition and is back to us within 30 days of purchase. Please notify us by email if you wish to return something and we will help you come to the best solution for individual cases. We cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing in the post so when you send an item back to us please ensure it is done by recorded delivery. Python Grip Store do not accept responsibility for postage cost of the return unless it was our fault in the first place ie: dispatching wrong item. Be sure also to include the packing slip/invoice with your product so that we can process your refund. For any further queries regarding returns, refunds and exchanges feel free to contact us.
